Monthly memberships require a credit card on file for billing

Memberships will auto-renew each month on the anniversary date until cancelled. Minimum 2 months required, and cancellations require a form to be filled out in person PRIOR to the renewal date.

No refunds will be issued for billing unless a cancellation form was filled out PRIOR to the renewal date.
